Pokemon Girl's - 007 - Squirtle

Thought I'd try out drawing Pokémon as girls just as a fun side project. I don't know how far I'll take this concept but here's the first one featuring a young happy Squirtle girl. I thought the sweater pattern and backpack worked as a good replacement for her shell. That and I kept the turtle neck and backpack straps white to match the rim of Squirtle's shell.

Again, just something for fun. Enjoy!

Obviously I realize this probably isn't an original idea and concepts like this have most likely been done before.
This is just my take on an idea of humanizing Pokémon.

Of course all credit for Pokémon goes to Nintendo and Game Freak.
