Of course it wouldn't be a ChibiChan comic without some barefoot action. In this scene Amber is walking forward, unaware of the poor tiny blonde girl down by her feet. Will she get stepped on? Of course she will! But Amber will barely notice that she's stepped on something before her attention is drawn elsewhere.
Also note that this is a censored version of this scene since in the actual comic Amber has outgrown her clothing by this point.
