Another request for Cornelius featuring him inside a x-ray view of Misery's tummy. The idea just came to me and I liked the idea of Mis looking down at him like that, so I went with it. The drawing evolved over a few versions but I think this one is best. My wife joked that that's Misery's "digesting" face lol.
The idea for her shirt was so it looks like she's parting a curtain, and since Cornelius likes the idea of being eaten by her, he's all happy sitting on a little island inside of her stomach.
I added the bed as an after thought last night to show that she's arching her back. I realize that completely unbalances the gravity situation going on in her tummy and Cornelius should probably be laying on the back wall, but we'll just pretend for the sake of argument that it's zero-g in there for his birthday.
