Screaming as his ex girlfriend's foot slid into her show, Jacob didn't know what to do. She'd been so causal about it. Becky was pleased he'd been shrunk and made it clear he'd be doing his best to survive the summer heat in her shoe today. There was no sympathy or recognition that he was in danger. If he was crushed beneath her foot, Becky obviously wouldn't care.
There was no escape from it. She'd just picked up her sneaker, tossed him inside, and tilted it so he fell down into the toe section. Next thing Jacob knew his ex girlfriend's foot was coming for him. Or did she even care? Was that blonde ditz already focused on making herself look pretty and had forgotten him already? No help was coming. He'd just have to struggle the whole day to try his best to not be squashed carelessly under her unforgiving foot.
